Welcome to the Google Analytics Audit Web App (the "Service"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Service provided by Speero Consulting OÜ trading as Speero, registered at Telliskivi 60a/3, Tallinn, 10149, Estonia ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
The Service allows users to sign in with their Google account, run audits on their GA4 properties, and access/download previous audits. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to upload, store, and process such data, information, and content using the Service and that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including GDPR where applicable. Excessive usage, data scraping, or any form of misuse is strictly prohibited.
2. Account Registration and Data Storage
Users sign up via Google authentication. Audit results are stored and accessible for users within the Service. We reserve the right to delete older audit results at our discretion. Users can delete audits themselves as well.
3. Service Availability and Accuracy
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results. Service availability may be affected by technical factors, including third-party API limitations.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
Users may request the deletion of all their stored records by emailing ga4audit@speero.com. We reserve the right to manage data retention policies, including the deletion of outdated audits. Users also have the right to request access, rectification, and deletion of their personal data in accordance with GDPR.
5. Future Changes to Service and Pricing
The Service is currently free to use; however, we reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscriptions in the future. Users will be notified of any pricing changes in advance.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with Google APIs and uses cookies. Users agree to comply with Google’s applicable terms and policies when using the Service. (Google Analytics Terms) Our application’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements (Google API Services User Data Policy).
The Site may contain (or you may be sent via the Site) links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, software, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). Such Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content are not investigated, monitored, or checked for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness by us, and we are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites accessed through the Site or any Third-Party Content posted on, available through, or installed from the Site, including the content, accuracy, offensiveness, opinions, reliability, privacy practices, or other policies of or contained in the Third-Party Websites or the Third-Party Content. Inclusion of, linking to, or permitting the use or installation of any Third-Party Websites or any Third-Party Content does not imply approval or endorsement thereof by us. If you decide to leave the Site and access the Third-Party Websites or to use or install any Third-Party Content, you do so at your own risk, and you should be aware these Terms of Use no longer govern. You should review the applicable terms and policies, including privacy and data gathering practices, of any website to which you navigate from the Site or relating to any applications you use or install from the Site. Any purchases you make through Third-Party Websites will be through other websites and from other companies, and we take no responsibility whatsoever in relation to such purchases which are exclusively between you and the applicable third party. You agree and acknowledge that we do not endorse the products or services offered on Third-Party Websites and you shall hold us harmless from any harm caused by your purchase of such products or services. Additionally, you shall hold us harmless from any losses sustained by you or harm caused to you relating to or resulting in any way from any Third-Party Content or any contact with Third-Party Websites.
7. Marketing Emails
By signing up or creating an account on this website, you agree to receive marketing emails from us, unless you choose to unsubscribe. These emails may include promotional offers, product updates, newsletters, or other information related to our services. We value your privacy and assure you that your email address and personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you wish to unsubscribe from our marketing emails, you can do so by clicking the "unsubscribe" link provided at the bottom of each email. Please note that even if you unsubscribe from marketing emails, you may still receive transactional or account-related communications regarding your use of our services.
8. Limitations of Liability
We are not responsible for any loss, damages, or liabilities resulting from inaccuracies in audit results or Service unavailability. Users assume full responsibility for the use of audit data in their business decisions. We are not responsible for any limitations, unavailability, or errors arising from third-party services such as Google APIs. Users acknowledge that their continued access to API-dependent features is subject to Google’s policies and availability.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user access in case of violation of these Terms. Users may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Estonia.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through mediation or arbitration before initiating legal proceedings.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
