Analytics Audit app is operated by Speero Consulting OÜ, trading as Speero ("we," "us," or "our"). Our services include our web apps, website, and browser extensions (collectively, "Products").
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, process, and share your data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679 and Estonian data protection laws.

Google Analytics account and property information, including reporting data

4. How Do We Use Your Information?

Authenticate you via Google login
Run GA4 audits on your Google Analytics properties
Store and display previous audit results (which can be deleted by users)
Improve our Products and user experience
Detect, prevent, and investigate fraudulent or unauthorized activities

5. Google API Usage

We use Google APIs to provide core functionality in our services. Specifically:

Google OAuth 2.0 authentication: We use OAuth login to verify your identity securely. We do not store your Google password.
Google Analytics API: We access your Google Analytics property data to generate audit reports. This access is limited to the read-only scope necessary for audits.

Our use of Google API data complies with:

Google's Limited Use Policy, meaning we do not share, sell, or use Google API data for purposes beyond the audit functionality.

User Control & Revoking Access

You can revoke our access via Google’s Security Settings page.
You can request full user and history deletion by contacting us at ga4audit@speero.com. Upon account deletion, all Google-related data stored by us is permanently erased within 30 days.

6. Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell or trade your personal data. However, we share data with the following third-party processors, strictly for operational purposes:

The receiving country has an adequacy decision from the European Commission, or
We use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) to protect your data.

8. Data Retention & Deletion

Audit summaries are stored for future reference but may be deleted at our discretion.
Users can manually delete audits within the application.
You can request full account deletion by contacting us at ga4audit@speero.com.
If you request account deletion, we will erase all associated data within 30 days.

9. Cookies & Tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality and analytics. You may control your cookie preferences via your browser settings or our cookie consent banner.
We use Google Analytics to measure traffic. You can opt out using Google's opt-out tool.

10. Your GDPR Rights

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

Access your personal data
Rectify incorrect data
Request erasure (right to be forgotten)

Object to data processing (e.g., marketing emails)
